Kalinda looked straight with full courage. “Dad,

               I’m an adult! I decide my own life!” she shouted.


                       “I don’t care. Whatever your reason, I still oppose
               it,” the man said firmly and left her alone.

                       Kalinda  was  truly  confused.  She  didn’t want to

               let  go  of  Adrian,  but she didn’t want to go against her

               parents either. She collapsed onto the bed, curling up, her
               eyes beginning to shed tears.


                       Oh God, what should I do?


                       She felt utterly helpless about everything. Adrian,

               who  had  been  the  warmth  in  her  gloomy  life,  had  to

               leave. If their relationship was forced, Kalinda feared her
               father might harm the man she loved.
