changes were clear—his face looked more radiant and he
often came home when the moon was already up in the
night sky.
“Adrian, may Mother ask you something?” the
gentle voice of his mother sounded while they had
dinner.
“Of course, Mother,” Adrian replied casually.
“Are you seeing someone? I feel you’ve been
hiding something lately,” she continued.
Adrian was silent, bowed his head, covering his
face with his hand. His ears and cheeks blushed. His
mother smiled softly.
“It’s okay, son. I don’t forbid you to be with
anyone as long as it makes you happy. But remember,
not everyone will approve. Live this relationship calmly
and take care of your feelings,” she said lovingly.
