The tears slowly fell from Kalinda’s eyes onto the
letter. All her hopes were shattered, and she realized that

Adrian had gone—perhaps forever. Like the sun and the
sea, their beautiful moments happened side by side. It

was so beautiful to see the blend of the blue ocean with

the bright sun. From afar, the sun seemed to sink itself
into the sea. If only, she wished, the sun could always

stay close to the sea. But in reality, they could never truly
be together.
