“With the power of nature, we ask…” Angub

began.

The mud trembled, thunder roared, and lightning
struck the eruption’s center. The explosion widened,

revealing a terrifying creature awakened by the spell.

“Angub, this is dangerous!” Swa cried out.

“Hold on! I can control it!” Angub tried to remain

calm, even as the creature drew closer.

Angub felt himself being pulled in. He struggled

to resist, but his strength was failing.

“Swa, get back!” he shouted, letting go of her
hand and pushing her away. Swa fell back.

With the last of his energy, Angub drew a deep
breath and unleashed all his power.
