Chapter 2: A Bond
Since that night, Swa often accompanied Angub

as he trained by the mud’s edge. Sharing stories through
the night brought them closer. One evening, under falling

stars, they sat side by side.

“Do you believe in the power of nature?” Swa

asked.

Angub nodded. “Of course. Nature holds the

power to bring hope and change. But it also has a dark
side we must beware of.”

Swa smiled. “Look at the sky—so many falling

stars. Believe in nature’s power, close your eyes, and
make a wish. Nature will help you,” she said, doing

exactly that.

Angub chuckled, amused by her actions. At that

moment, Swa peeked at him with one eye and smiled.
