But he would not go alone.
With him rode eight loyal warriors his shield
brothers and companions from the War of Daylamites.
Among them were Commander Rostam, a master archer
known for striking down enemies in complete darkness,
and Vahan, a blade dancer with a ghost's step. Together,
they descended into the Deep stone Vault, stepping into
a realm long forgotten. The air grew colder with each
step. The flickering torches cast long, trembling
shadows against carved stone walls depicting winged
beasts, celestial battles, and kings with hollow eyes.
Traps lay dormant no longer, awakening with violent
precision.
And then came the dead soldiers who had fallen
centuries ago, now risen by the call of the stone.
Tornike’s company fought with strength, their blades
meeting bone and spectral flame. Some fell. Wounds
