               onlookers.


                       The  woman  turned  around,  bowed  slightly,  and
               smiled. It was the warmest and sweetest smile I had ever

               seen, her eyes crinkling with joy, dimples showing. That

               moment was when I saw my mother at her happiest. Her
               dedication and dreams for that bakery deeply touched the

               heart of a little girl who loved her dearly.


                       From that moment on, I became interested in the

               art  of  bread  and  pastry  making  that  my  mother  had
               pursued for years. I started helping her sell bread. Over

               time, I became more skilled in this craft, and my mother,
               delighted,  supported  my  education  at  a  pastry

               school—one  that  had  once  been  her  own  dream.
               Together, my mother and I grew our bakery business.



               August 25, 1985
                       When  my  mother  no  longer  had the strength to

               knead  dough,  I  fully  took over. Our bakery had grown
               significantly.  We  had  loyal  customers  who  eagerly
