Raka stared in disbelief. The Shadow Art was
meant to pass to only one bearer every century — the
balance of the world depended on it.
“The seal is not just broken,” she continued, “It’s
unraveling. The Shadow Underworld isn’t leaking — it’s
awakening.”
He tested her with a simple gesture, calling forth
a blade of shadow. Ayu mirrored it, almost instinctively,
forming a different shape — a bow made of woven dusk,
the string humming like wind.
Her presence shifted everything.
If the power had chosen two hosts, the ancient
order was broken. And with it, the prophecy that once
warned: “If two shadows walk the same path, the light
must fall.”
But Raka sensed something else. Ayu wasn’t just
another wielder.
She might be the key to either restoring the
seal…
…or tearing it apart completely.
