Hearing his name, the man called Ven,
straightened his hunched body and turned his head. His
eyes blinked, then looked at his cubicle friend next to
him, Hyo. His hand rose and took off his glasses that
were perched on his nose, then agreed. The two of them
left the busy room.
Arriving at the cafeteria, they ordered some food
and waited for it at one of the tables. While waiting, they
chatted about their daily lives. In the middle of the
conversation, their food arrived.
"Ugh, I want to go home soon and eat with my
daughter," said Hyo while cutting his grilled chicken.
Ven just laughed, devouring his fried rice. "
How about you, Ven? What do you usually do in
your free time? Playing at your brother's house or your
parents?" Hyo asked.
Ven was silent for a moment, swallowing the
food in his mouth. “I am an only child, my parents
